Armory
House Properties is a privately owned certified housing
community conveniently located on, or within a half block,
of a beautiful park in the very heart of campus. We provide
a wide variety of housing options from certified housing for
University of Illinois students, including freshmen, to
modern apartments and houses with affordable single rooms
for upper class students.
Owned and
managed by Neil and Linda Fotzler for the past 33 years, we
understand what students need and want in their campus
housing. How do we know? We ask them . . . then we
listen. When we planned our newest facility, Armory House
Suites in 2003, we surveyed and talked to our residents to
discover what would best suit their needs. Then we designed
a building to meet those needs. We take pride in being a
personal and friendly housing community in which our staff
is accessible, and responsive, to our residents.
