   Owners

Neil and Linda Fotzler have owned and managed Armory House Properties since 1973.  Graduates of the University of Illinois (College of ACES and College of LAS) they are active members of their church and the Champaign-Urbana community. 

Neil is a licensed real estate broker and a private pilot. Linda is a former Learning Disabilities middle school teacher who enjoys reading and creative writing in her spare time.  They have two children, Jonathan and Emily, graduates of the University.

Leasing and Customer Service Manager

Erin is the Customer Service-Leasing Manager for Armory House Properties.  She received her Associates Degree in Hospitality Management in 2002.  She currently lives in Tolono with her husband Juan and two children- Victoria and Tony.

She enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and real estate.   

Erin can assist you with any questions regarding leasing or any other questions to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Business Manager

Kanittha is originally from Bangkok Thailand. She is a former resident at AH Main in 1997 and received her degree in Master's of Science in Business Administration from UIUC in 1999.

Kanittha has a great interest in diversity, great food and resident activities.

 She is responsible for student accounts, PR and marketing. You will hear from her through email, facebook, flyers, and the website.

Phil Frye >>

Maintenance Manager

Phil has been with Armory House Properties since 2007. Phil and his wife Lynne have three sons and two daughter in-laws. He enjoys movies, woodworking, church activities but especially his granddaughter!

While you reside at any of our properties, feel free to let Phil know of any concerns or repair issues, and he will address them as soon as possible.

Jason Pokorny>>

Executive Chef

Hello, my name is Jason Pokorny and I grew up in Algonquin, IL.  I attended the Culinary Arts School at Elgin Community College and am currently living in Monticello, IL. I have worked at several local restaurants including three years at Montgomery’s on the Square as “chef de cuisine.”

I like to watch or play sports in my free time, and my favorite team is the Chicago Cubs. I also enjoy listening to music and watching movies.

I bring my own culinary spin to my food, but I am very open and willing to listen to any suggestions. My door is always open! I look forward to serving you here at Armory House.
