The Annex at 1109 South Arbor Street is comprised of six units, each with a variance of housing options.  Each unit offers single room privacy as well as a private bathroom.  Air conditioning and all utilities (except cable television) have also been included in the rate.

After living for a year in Armory House, I have met many new friends and enjoyed using their facilities. I have had great times watching movies in the plasma TV downstairs and playing some soccer with other residents in the park right outside the residence.

Armory House is also a great place to study, because I could stay up and work in the cafeteria after meal hours, with plenty of room, light, and Internet connection.
