The Armory House Annexes  consist of 3 houses located at 1109, 1111, and 1113  Arbor Street, a half block from AH Main.

The AH Annexes are designed for upper class and graduate students seeking the privacy and independence of a single room at an affordable price. Residents have many layout options to choose from when selecting an Annex, as each house has a different floor plan to fit individual needs.

To make the total cost of living for our residents the most affordable, all utilities are included, including free local phone service and High Speed Internet.  Additionally, residents may choose to purchase on-site parking. 

Armory House Annexes only offer individual 9-month leases, so that residents are never liable for a portion of a housemate’s unpaid rent, and do not have to worry about subleasing their space over the summer.

The Annexes also provide students with the opportunity to socialize at Armory House Properties cook outs, bowling tournaments, movie nights and other activities.  Students may also use the AH Main study hall and lounge for studying and catching up with friends.

While looking at accommodation before I moved to the US, Armory house and their staff were by far the friendliest and accommodating to all my needs.

I am a senior and wanted to live with others that are of a similar age. The annexes offered a very spacious room, with a private bathroom and an option to eat at the dorms, and the use of facilities in the main building.
