Step 2- Make checks* payable to: Armory House Properties

     Check # 1    $25 application fee

     Check #2    $200 security deposit and first installment.

* We accept check, money order, and International money order.  No cash or credit card.

Step 3- Mail both the application and contract along with the appropriate payment to:
