AHP Office:

The Armory House Properties staff wants to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible.  We are here to assist you from 9:00am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and will gladly answer any questions you have about renewing contracts, parking information, maintenance, or rent payments.

Resident Advisors:

AH Main and AH Suites have more Resident Advisors (RAs) per student (1 RA to 20 students) than any other student dormitories on campus. RA staff are here to help you by being a helpful resource when you have questions or need assistance.  They plan social activities from day one that provide opportunities for you to make new friends.  And should a problem arise they are there to help you resolve it.  

Maintenance:

Maintenance requests are promptly taken care of for all residents.  We provide an online service request form that can be accessed 24 hours, every day for your convenience. 

Housekeeping:

Armory House Main and Suites residents receive complementary housekeeping services.  On-suite bathrooms are cleaned weekly, while common areas receive daily cleaning to ensure your comfort.
