Armory House offers an assortment of housing scholarships for students living in AH Main or AH Suites. Our residents are represented in all colleges at the University of Illinois, but over the years we have developed special partnerships with several colleges/departments.

ROTC Students

Students participating in the University of Illinois ROTC program are eligible for an in house room and board scholarship. This scholarship can be applied to any room style chosen within Armory House Main or Suites. In order to receive the scholarship, the resident must complete the “ROTC Referral Form“. For more information, please email info@armoryhouse.com.

College of ACES

  • Jonathan Baldwin Turner (JBT) scholarship
  • Freshman Recognition Award

The scholarships listed above are awarded by the College of ACES. Armory House offers an additional housing scholarship to those recipients of the JBT Scholarship or Freshman Recognition Award. Once a scholarship is given by the College of ACES, Armory House will match (up to $1,000) towards the residents housing in any chosen room style. The resident is responsible for providing Armory House with a copy of the award letter.

The fact that Armory House offered a JBT discount proved very helpful in lowering my college expenses. With the support of this scholarship credit for housing, I was able to direct my funds to other expenses such as school supplies and books. Throughout my time at Armory House Properties, they not only provided financial support, but the opportunity to relax and have fun.
